We send invoices in paper form together with the shipment. Keep the invoice in case of a complaint.

In case of delay, you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone.

DELIVERY TIME
The order is delivered by the delivery company the next 2 working days in the Czech Republic and 3 working days to Slovakia. On the day of delivery, you will be informed by an SMS message (if a mobile phone number has been entered) with the delivery time window and a contact to the delivering courier, with whom another delivery time can be agreed.

PERSONAL COLLECTION
If the method of picking up the goods Personal collection at our store in Planá nad Lužnicí has ​​been chosen, wait for notification by SMS message to pick up the goods. In case of non-collection, the order will be canceled after 7 days and the goods released again for further sale.

BANK CONNECTION
If the method of payment by bank transfer to the account has been chosen, see below for payment details, or in the annex to the call for payment. After crediting the amount to our account, the order will be shipped.
